This CPD UK approved training is provided by RVT Group, a specialist hazard control hire company with a consultative approach and 30 years’ experience. Led by one of RVT’s highly trained technical experts, this session will show the extensive impact poor hazard control can have when working in industrial environments, such as power stations, oil and gas refineries, waste to energy plants, manufacturing plants and sensitive manufacturing facilities. 

Through real-life case studies and typical maintenance, shutdown and repair example scenarios, RVT will outline how hazards such as noise, dust and fume can be contained and controlled through their innovative Capture, Contain, Control “3Cs”® methodology. They will also provide examples of available and compliant hazard control solutions based on current best practice that will help to preserve site functionality, safety and efficiency during works. The learning objectives of this training are;

• To learn the importance of health hazard control in industrial environments.
• To understand how the 3C’s® methodology can be applied effectively to different hazards produced during works in industrial environments.
• To understand the types of solutions available to control different hazards based on current best practice.

This training will take place at 11am on Friday 23rd June. It includes 45 minutes of teaching and a 15-minute Q&A session. It counts toward your continued professional development training and all attendees will receive a 1-hour CPD certificate upon completion.
