The Conveyor Cutting Machine
After more than two decades of experience in designing heavy-duty cutting machines for a wide range of industries, Cutting Edge Automation Machines introduced the SM-332-TA. Originating from the symbiosis of superior control systems, a very robust machine structure, precision mechanics, and highly efficient cutting tools, the SM-332-TA was developed for the continuous highspeed cutting of CAD-patterns from a wide variety of materials.
With specifically developed CAD/CAM software programs, the SM-332 TA enables manufacturers to cut patterns of superior quality from a virtually infinite range of fabrics and materials. Even though the SM-332-TA is top-of-the-range cutting equipment, operating the machine can be easily learned. The SM-332-TA is a highly flexible working tool designed to maximise production efficiency and meet a wide range of cutting requirements. With top speed at 90 m/ min., acceleration of 1G, and helicoidal racks and very powerful brushless motors, the machine is super-fast and extremely accurate. The twin tool hubs can install a variety of interchangeable cutting and marking tools and ensure unparalleled versatility.
The Easy Production Management System (EPMS) software makes the SM-332-TA ready for Industry 4.0. Easy Data Monitoring System (EDMS) is an IoT platform for realtime performance monitoring and preventive maintenance management.
