Lincad Announced a Range of New Measures So That They Can Keep Transporting Their Industry

The UK leader in the design and manufacture of bespoke batteries, Lincad, has announced that they have implemented a range of new measures in order to make sure that they can keep transporting their industry leading lithium-ion products to their companies. Lincad have made the developments to their operations in accordance with the changes to the International Air Transport Association regulations. These additional measures that have been implemented by the company will allow the company to continue transporting their products to their customers internationally.

Lincad work to manufacture and deliver a range of tailored batteries, chargers and power management systems for their clients and also has their own Dangerous Goods Safety Advisor  that has been specially trained for the transportation of Dangerous Goods. The company also has a range of staff who are specially trained in order to transport lithium and lithium ion batteries by air. Lincad also boasts three Accord Dangereux Roitier, or ADR drivers. These safeguards has allowed the company to continue transporting their products around the world to their clients but the company still makes sure that they are training their staff to the highest standards possible.

The company is expanding their workforce and has recently announced that they have employed ten new members of staff at their HQ. On top of this development of the workforce, the Joint Managing Director of the company Lincad has also completed the Lithium Battery Course for Air which has been run by Training Team.

Lithium-ion batteries are thought to be quite safe if they are designed, manufactured and then handled in the correct way, which means that a high level of training to reinforce the proper methods for developing the lithium-ion batteries is required. Lincad work hard in order to make sure that the batteries they produce are safe to use and transport by complying to all of the relevant safety regulations that are introduced.
