From 15 to 19 September, Nachwuchsstiftung Maschinenbau (Mechanical Engineering Foundation for the Next Generation) will be showcasing live demonstrations in the Atrium at the Special Show on Education covering CNC, automation and digital production processes, alongside innovative learning platforms and a varied stage programme of talks, competitions and hands-on activities.

become a family adventure: During the Parent-Child Rally, children aged six and up will explore the world of technology and metalworking together with their parents – in a playful, interactive way and with a special goal in mind. At participating exhibitor stands, the children will collect components step by step to assemble a real fischertechnik truck. The starting point is located in the Atrium, at the Special Show on Education.

On 16 September, the focus will be on “Innovations in Robotics for Metalworking”. Experts will share practical insights into AI-based robotics, cobot welding and next-generation automation technology. On 17 September, the spotlight will be on “Quantum Technology and Quantum Sensing”. Researchers from the Hahn-Schickard Institute will bring the fascinating world of quantum sensing to life – including live demonstrations and breakfast networking.
