BEC Distribution has announced the availability of a range of high-precision Industrial Lasers from BEA Lasers. The green and red laser modules are used to aid accurate, precision alignment.
The BEA Green Lasers incorporate green diode modules in two different styles – the single mode 520nm, or the DPSS 532nm laser. The green laser appears seven times brighter to the human eye and offers very accurate alignment.
The Red Lasers have red laser diode modules in two different wavelengths – the 650nm is ideal for a more budget application where the 635nm is more visible but has a slightly higher price point.
A Ruggedised option is also offered – the laser diode modules are mounted in and protected by a very rugged Nickel Plated housing, complete with M12 connectors designed for harsh environments. The ruggedised lasers are fitted with a 2 meter long PVC jacketed cable, suitable for a 85Vac-264Vac switching power supply.
