The addition of an Amada EML-AJ combined punch-laser complete with load/off load part picker automation offers precise high-speed production of components 24/7.

The Amada equipment at FDMS offers exceptional accuracy within tolerances of 0.07mm. Four different size tapping stations enables efficient threading whilst advanced forming capabilities can achieve embossments, extrusions, louvres & more with a laser cut finish all on one machine. With FDMS own tooling this machine can achieve up to 12,000 perforations a minute. An added benefit is precision laser etching which provides a durable, smooth-to-touch results for adding branding or instructions directly onto your products.
