How to Choose a Metal Nameplate

When choosing a supplier for industrial metal nameplate – durability is key, we provide a range of manufacturing processes which offer great durability for even the most extreme environments. Choose from Chemical Etching, Laser Marking, CNC Engraving and Digital Anoprint. Years of research and tried and tested methods have enabled us to perfect these processes, providing you with unbeatable durability.

Metal nameplates can be used for a variety of applications, and we know how important choice is to our clients. Available in Stainless Steel, Brass, Aluminium and Copper, in a range of thicknesses and finishes. Whether you require a simple laser marked industrial finish or a brightly coloured digital print, we’ll have a process for your required product. Couple this with our precision laser cutting of any size and shape nameplate, as well as a choice of fixing holes or a wide range of adhesives.

The technology we use combined with the precision and accuracy of our machines allow for highly detailed designs, including intricate patterns, technical scales, barcodes, 2D Data Matrix and QR codes as well as the capability for serialisation to each individual plate. Our in-house design studio will take your concept to production ready artwork and will provide you with a detailed pre-production proof drawing prior to every new job.

We have been manufacturing for nearly 40 years and have many long serving sales and production staff who hold a wealth of knowledge and expertise. We ensure we provide you with the information you need as well as guidance on the best solution and product for your application. We are an ISO certified manufacturer, demonstrating high-quality management standards and stringent quality control processes. We also participate in the UL Authorised Label Supplier Program, manufacturing UL certified labels & marking solutions for a range of industries across the globe.
