At Formnext 2024, Henkel will introduce its latest innovation in 3D printing materials. This year, the company unveils a high-performance resin and highlights a recent addition to its medical portfolio. These new solutions are engineered to meet the diverse needs of industrial and medical sectors, pushing the boundaries of what’s possible in additive manufacturing.
As industries evolve, Henkel continues to deliver advanced materials that address today’s manufacturing challenges, from rapid prototyping to full-scale production. With its latest products, the company focuses on qualifying new applications, enhancing safety, and enabling a wider range of users to embrace 3D printing opportunities.
Loctite 3D IND6845 is optimized for industrial applications, enabling efficient use across multiple wavelengths, including 385nm and 405nm systems. Its TPO-free formulation offers an enhanced safety profile while providing an optimal combination of toughness and heat deflection (HDT) – making it ideal for manufacturers seeking materials to meet production demands.
Recently launched Loctite 3D MED3394 is engineered to endure multiple sterilization methods without compromising functionality. Meeting ISO 10993-5, -10, -11, and -23 biocompatibility standards and USP Class VI certification, this resin offers outstanding chemical resistance and accuracy, making it a reliable choice for medical applications.
“As we continue to expand our portfolio of 3D printing materials, our goal remains the same – to offer reliable, high-performance solutions tailored to the needs of our customers,” said Dr. Daniel Adams, Vice President at Henkel Loctite 3D Printing. “We are excited to present our latest advancements at Formnext and look forward to engaging with industry professionals.”
Henkel experts will present these materials at Formnext Mesago Messe in Frankfurt, Germany, from November 19th to 22nd at Booth 11.1 E29. For more information about the Loctite 3D printing portfolio please visit: www.LoctiteAM.com
