Carbon Fibre Printer Showcased at Advanced Engineering : Tri-Tech 3D will also show a series of 3D printed parts

Tri Tech 3D, a leading UK distributor of Stratasys, One-Click Metal and XJet 3D printing solutions, will exhibit at Advanced Engineering 2023 on stand M184. Advanced Engineering will take place at the NEC, Birmingham on September 1 and 2. Visitors can register for tickets here or arrange a one to one with Tri-Tech 3D via this app

Attendees will be able to see the Stratasys F370CR 3D printer, capable of printing nylon carbon fibre composites, allowing for stronger and more durable parts to be created using additive manufacturing. Stand M184 is in the GTMA pavilion, positioning Tri-Tech 3D alongside prominent UK precision engineering, rapid product development, toolmaking, and tooling technologies companies.

As well as the Stratasys F370CR, the stand will host a range of Fused Deposition Modelling (FDM), Polyjet, Selective Absorption Fusion (SAF), Digital Light Processing (DLP) and Stereolithography (SL) parts. A range of additively manufactured metal and ceramic parts will also be on display.

The Stratasys F370CR is a high strength composite 3D printer, capable of printing nylon carbon fibre reinforced materials and producing large and complex Elastomeric parts. This 3D printer is highly versatile and a reliable all-round solution. No specialist training is required to operate the system, so users can simply plug and play.

The F370CR is an ideal investment for manufacturing engineers in the aerospace and automotive industries whether they have already adapted to additive manufacturing or are just beginning to see the capabilities of 3D printing in their engineering discipline.

“With 26 per cent of attendees at C-level, managerial level or head of department, it is always interesting to discuss first-hand their additive manufacturing projects,” explained Rob Pitts Sales Manager at Tri-Tech 3D.

“At Advanced Engineering, we are keen to engage with visitors who have any questions about their additive manufacturing projects, but also those who may be new to the idea and want to explore how it can fit their business.”

Heading into year 14, Advanced Engineering is the UKs largest annual gathering of engineering and manufacturing professionals. The event will help connect individuals in the industry whilst displaying the latest technical developments.

At the show, Tri-Tech 3D will be situated near its sister company Cadspec, the UK’s leading suppliers of Autodesk CAD/CAM software, which will be located on stand M182. Cadspec offers a breadth of CAD/CAM software and support, ranging from Fusion 360 training to building information modelling (BIM) consultancy. Therefore, visitors can benefit from the knowledge of both companies and gain a holistic, practical understanding of AM.
