NORMA Group has been honored by General Motors, Paccar and Ashok Leyland for outstanding supplier performance in 2023. The company received the “Supplier Quality Excellence Award 2023” from General Motors and the “PACCAR Quality Achievement Award” from Paccar. NORMA Group was awarded the “Platinum Award” by Ashok Leyland.

At the same time, they are an incentive for us to continuously optimize our offering and always offer our customers the best possible service.”
With the “Supplier Quality Excellence Award”, General Motors honors companies that meet or exceed the automotive group’s strict quality criteria. The NORMA Group site in Juarez, Mexico, has been supplying General Motors with V-band clamps for the exhaust system since 2020 and has already received the award for the calendar years 2021 and 2022.
The US truck manufacturer Paccar annually honors suppliers who meet or exceed the quality standard of “10 PPM” or the equivalent of no more than ten defective parts per million components supplied to Paccar with the “PACCAR Quality Achievement Award”. The plant in Pilica, Poland, received this award for 2023 for outstanding product and service performance. It has been supplying Paccar with connectors and hoses for fuel systems since 2021 and was honored with this recognition in the same year .
With the “Platinum Award”, Ashok Leyland evaluates the consistency in quality performance over the last three years. The award was given to the plant in Pune, India. NORMA Group has been supplying the commercial vehicle manufacturer with fuel and fluid lines for water and engine cooling systems as well as connectors for seven years.
