LKQ Euro Car Parts and Messe Frankfurt Unveil Plans for ‘Modern Garage’ Stand

LKQ Euro Car Parts and Messe Frankfurt unveil plans for innovative ‘Modern Garage’ stand at UK Garage & Bodyshop Event

LKQ Euro Car Parts and Messe Frankfurt have unveiled plans for the ‘Modern Garage’ stand at the upcoming UK Garage and Bodyshop Event (UKGBE), which will highlight how garage owners can adapt their technical capability and customer service provision in response to developing industry trends.

Located at Stand C30, the collaborative display will see the market’s leading supplier of car and van parts, consumables and added value service solutions team up with the exhibition organisers to showcase the latest tools, technology and resources designed for maximum productivity and efficiency in the workshop.

Visitors will be able to gain hands-on experience with innovative technology ranging from garage management systems to automated productivity solutions, while benefiting from interactive product demonstrations from leading industry experts including LKQ brand ambassador Andy Savva – The Garage Inspector.

Both LKQ Euro Car Parts and Messe Frankfurt’s teams of specialists will be available on the stand throughout the two-day event to discuss key areas of focus for garages looking to evolve their offering, including training – via the LKQ Academy – electric vehicle infrastructure, ADAS calibration, remote diagnostics, digitalisation in the workshop, connectivity, and tools and equipment.

The biennial UKGBE takes place on the 5th-6th June at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham. LKQ Euro Car Parts will be one of 180 leading suppliers exhibiting, with 5,000 garage, bodyshop and vehicle detailing professionals set to attend.

Bob Wiffen, workshop solutions director at LKQ Euro Car Parts, said: “The automotive industry is at a critical juncture, and new, transformational trends – be it the proliferation of ADAS and battery-powered vehicles or the rise of AI and digitalisation – represent an important opportunity for garage owners to evolve how they serve their customers.

“With this in mind, trade events such as UKGBE are more important than ever, playing an integral role in bringing together the best of the aftermarket to share knowledge and insights. We look forward to partnering with Messe Frankfurt to show attendees how they can build the garage of the future.”
