Hempel Special Metals has strengthened its leadership team with the appointments of Paul Brock as Director of Group Aerospace and Felipe Augusto as the UK’s Head of Commercial Development.
The appointments support the company’s continued growth across aerospace and other regulated industries, reinforcing both sector leadership and commercial capability as Hempel expands its global service-centre network and customer support offering.

Paul Brock joins Hempel as Director of Group Aerospace, bringing extensive experience in aerospace supply and programme-critical environments. In his new role, he will lead the development of Hempel’s aerospace strategy across the group, supporting customers operating in some of the world’s most demanding engineering and manufacturing sectors.
His appointment reflects Hempel’s continued commitment to strengthening its position within aerospace, where compliance, technical expertise, and security of supply remain critical to customer success.

Felipe Augusto joins as Head of Commercial Development for the UK. With a background spanning steel products, international supply chains, and commercially complex engineering programmes, Felipe will support the continued development of Hempel’s commercial strategy and customer partnerships.
Working closely with customers and international service centres, he will help strengthen programme support capabilities and drive commercial growth across key markets.
