Reynaers Invests in New £6m Birmingham Headquarters

Birmingham based aluminium system company for the construction industry, Reynaers, has invested £6 million in relocating its UK headquarters to the city.

The company announced its intention to move from Kettles Wood Drive in Woodgate earlier in the year, to Hollymoor Way; a move that had been approved by the city council.

Once refurbished, the new base will be made up of 15,446 sq ft of office space and 65,982 sq ft of warehouse space.

The office part of the scheme will also be the home to Reynaer’s HR, technical, marketing and accounting staff and will also feature a showroom for the company’s product range.

Reynaer’s Managing Director, Justin Hunter, said that the company is looking forward to moving into the new Longbridge premises at the end of the year.

Hunter continued: Work is well underway on an extension and complete refurbishment and refit of the interiors, providing us with more than double the space we currently have.

“This will give us a modern, purpose-built facility that can really showcase our aluminium windows, doors and curtain walling products.”

Along with the industrial space, the Reynaers site will also feature recreational areas, a gym and a new canteen, along with conference facilities for up to 75 people and three meeting rooms.

Built in the 1990s, the Hollymoor Way unit was sold in September last year to the firm by its former occupant, which manufactures automotive parts for Jaguar Land Rover.

Hunter added that the company is confident that its new headquarters and its excellent facilities will benefit all of their partners.

The firm is now looking forward to welcoming visitors from throughout the industry to take a look at their wide range of high performance commercial and residential products.

To allow for future expansion, more than double the amount of office space will be provided to accommodate more staff.
