One of the leading welding and engineering companies in the region believes that they are the first business in Teesside to achieve this accreditation. This great news means that the company is has been judged to be of a word standard when it comes to quality.
The engineers are based in Middlesbrough and offer welding and engineering expertise, and have been presented with the ISO 9001:2015 and the 14004:2015. These accreditations have been received by the company four months after the process to secure them started, which is an incredible achievement. These awards have also been boosted with the retention of a number of other quality standards by the company.
The 9001:2015 standard was first introduced in September 2015, and has built a reputation for being the most rigorous quality standard to be introduced to date. Because of its reputation for demonstrating such high quality of business, a number of companies across the UK have committed up to three years of hard work in order to achieve this standard. QA Weld Tech managed to work towards this certification, and achieve it in four months, while also maintaining their focus in obtaining leadership of their market.
