Capacity and Capability
Our investment in state-of-the-art technology and equipment ensures we can meet the most demanding specifications across a wide range of processes:
– Laser Cutting: Bystronic 10kW fibre laser with automated handling for high-volume precision
– Bending: 4 Bystronic CNC press brakes and a SafanDarley E-Brake auto bending station
– Welding: 25 MIG, 3 TIG, and multiple robotic cells, including Yaskawa Motorman systems, plus coded welding to PED standards
– Machining: CNC milling (Haas and Fanuc), CNC turning (Doosan, Mori Seiki), and manual machining capability
– Forming & Joining: Rolling, brazing, resistance welding, and longitudinal seam welding up to 810mm diameter
– Testing: NDT including dye penetrant, air pressure decay, and hydrostatic testing
