Daventry Metal Products Ltd, a leading provider of metal fabrication solutions, today announced the arrival of its new SafanDarley E-Brake 35T Mini Cell. This advanced automatic bending system, the first in the UK, represents a significant investment in the company’s capabilities and commitment to serving highly regulated markets.

The E-Brake Mini Cell (https://safandarley.com/uk/products/automatic-bendingsystems/mini-cell) is a compact, automated, and flexible bending cell with a 25kg Fanuc Robot. It is ideal for the fully automated production of small and complex products and can be configured precisely to a client’s requirements.

This investment is part of Daventry Metal Products’ ongoing strategy to enhance its technological capabilities and expand its service offerings. The Mini Cell will enable the company to provide even greater precision, efficiency, and flexibility in its metal fabrication services, particularly for sectors with stringent requirements, such as medical, defence, oil and gas, agriculture, or heavy equipment.

“We’re incredibly excited to integrate the SafanDarley equipment into our operations. This investment underscores our unwavering commitment to providing clients with the highest quality fabrication and service in the most stringent and highly regulated markets. We’re dedicated to continuously enhancing our capabilities to exceed their demanding standards.” said Natalia Stolarczyk at Daventry Metal Products. “This investment in the Mini Cell, of which we are incredibly proud to be the first in the UK to implement, will significantly improve our service as we’re now even better equipped to handle complex projects promptly.”

This investment proceeds other significant investments by Daventry Metal Products this year, demonstrating a commitment to continuous improvement and meeting the evolving needs of its customers.
