The Cheshire Manufacturing company, Fine Decor Wallcoverings Ltd has recently signed a deal that will see the company acquire the Blackburn-based CWV Wallcoverings Ltd. Fine Decor is headquartered in Holmes Chapel and has said that the agreement will allow the company continue their investment and growth at CMV which delivers and supplies wallcoverings that are created by Crown, Coloroll and Vymura brands.
Over the course of the next few months, CWV will continue to operate as normal, with a view to fully integrate the business into the Fine Decor business at some point later in the year. It is great news for Fine Decor that they have been able to acquire CWV and the respected portfolio of brands that have been built up by the company over a number of years. The Managing Director of Fine Decor Anthony Garnett has said that he is delighted to the announce that acquisition of CWV and welcome Steve Mulheron and his team at the wallcovering company to their business.
The market in the UK and internationally is constantly changing in a range of different of different areas and it is important that the strength of brands, that rich design heritage and loyal customers will be enhanced by the product portfolio and distribution opportunities of a larger group. Fine Decor will be working hard to integrate both teams and harness the collective experience and specialist knowledge for the optimum benefit of the future of the business.
The Acquisition of CWV Wallcoverings Ltd will allow the newly combined businesses to flourish, allowing for the showcasing of CWV and Fine Decorâs respective strengths. Fine Decor are committed through this purchase to allow CWV to retain the identity and values to the company and their brands.
Fine Decor is a subsidiary of a larger US-based firm, Brewster Home Fashions.
