Spinwell Announces Significant Framework Win Ahead of Rebranding

Spinwell Announces Significant Framework Win Ahead of Rebranding

Leading UK recruitment firm, Spinwell, has announced a significant win as part of Crown Commercial Services RM6229 Permanent Recruitment Solutions – LOT 2 that will see hundreds of permanent roles pass through their door. The success provides an additional arm to an existing contract with the Non-Clinical Temporary and Fixed Term Staff – RM6160, of which they are currently one of an exclusive set of suppliers of temporary workforce contracts.

The win comes at an important time as they rebrand their 16-year-old recruitment firm from Spinwell Global to Spinwell. As a result, they are modernising their logo to reflect their market ethos and positioning themselves as one of the ‘hidden gems’ of the recruitment industry. The company is continuing its notable six-figure year-on-year growth, being one of only 110 suppliers in the industry to boast this significant framework.

“We couldn’t be happier about winning this exclusive framework opportunity. Having already secured the temporary work from the aligning CCS framework, this new win indicates how far we have come in recent years. We’re now ready to break out into the spotlight and really show the big recruitment players how it should be done,” said Pritesh Raikundalia, Managing Director of Spinwell.

“You hear it a lot from recruitment firms, but Spinwell really does focus on the human aspect of recruitment – which unfortunately has been lost over the transformation into remote working. We love what we do, we’re passionate, and we care – which really shows to our clients and candidates.”

“The Crown Commercial Services win is another fantastic trophy in our cabinet. This framework, in particular, will be one that focuses on the permanent recruitment of workforces in UK public sector bodies, including Central Government departments, NHS departments, and volume campaign requirements that include project-based recruitment process outsourcing (RPO),” added Neil Dawes, Compliance and Quality Director.

“With the current UK unemployment rate being the lowest it’s been in around 50 years, there’s no better time to be pioneering the industry in a way that concentrates on a human-centric approach, rather than treating candidates as a number.”
