ACG Engineering, a division of ACG, the world’s only integrated pharmaceutical solutions and manufacturing company, has announced the appointment of Nikhil Kulkarni as the Group CEO of ACG Engineering. Based out of the company’s office in Pune, Nikhil will lead the strategic direction and operations of its engineering division.
With over two decades of global leadership experience in the automotive sector, Nikhil brings deep expertise in global product strategy, business development, P&L management, and end-to-end product lifecycle execution. In his new role, he will report directly to Karan Singh, Managing Director of ACG, and will drive innovation aligned with ACG’s mission to create a healthier world.
Nikhil’s career spans multiple global markets, including India, the US, Europe, and China, where he has held senior leadership roles at Tata Autocomp Hendrickson Suspension Pvt. Ltd., Minda Corporation Ltd., Faurecia Clean Mobility (FORVIA), and Stoneridge Inc. He has successfully led strategic initiatives across a broad range of technologies and products, including power electronics, emissions systems, safety features, fuel economy solutions, and driver information systems for commercial vehicles, passenger cars, and 2W/3W platforms.
An engineer by training, Nikhil holds a Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati, USA, and a Bachelor’s degree in Production Engineering from Shivaji University, India. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and Design for Six Sigma (DFSS) professional.
