The company has engaged with a highly reputable local college, Derwentside College, known for being training and development specialists with high quality education and training. The Middlesbrough based company have been working with the Consett based college in order to offer a year’s worth of Business Improvement Techniques. This training has been given to a cross sectional team of 10 members from QA Weld Tech.

The training that has been offered by Derwentside College had been valuable for all staff involved. Number of essential units were covered, such as health and safety, solution implementation, data analysis and problem solving. These modules form a main part of the company’s culture and will help them continuously improve.
