PINK OCTOBER: Leading PPE Eyewear Manufacturer Bollé Safety Commits 2nd Edition to the Fight Against Breast Cancer

To highlight the month dedicated to the fight against breast cancer, Bollé Safety, an international leader in PPE eye protection, is once again committed to raising funds for critical research. For its 2nd campaign, the brand is launching, in addition to its limited-edition Rush+ small, its iconic safety eyewear model, the B714, a prescription eyewear dedicated to women. The campaign launched internationally, will raise funds for the BCRF (Breast Cancer Research Foundation) and BCNA (Breast Cancer Network Australia).

An unwavering commitment to breast cancer research

With this initiative, Bollé Safety is fully engrossed in the fight against the leading cause of death among women. To ensure the success of its prevention campaign, the company has chosen to join forces with two internationally renowned associations: the Breast Cancer Research Foundation and the Breast Cancer Network Australia. Bollé Safety will donate 0,50€ for each Rush+ Small in limited edition sold in Europe from September to the end of October (within the limits of available stock – 8,000 units), and 10€ for each B714 pair sold Bollé Safetyin Europe from September to the end of November (within the limits of available stock). The brand has also pledged to complete this amount with a donation of $10,000 to the Breast Cancer Research Foundation

The campaign’s two models are available for purchase starting from September 1st, for all Bollé Safety customers (50% of CAC 40 companies, 20 million users worldwide), as well as for all companies wishing to protect their employees’ eyes while supporting a good cause.

Two models at the heart of the campaign: B714 and Rush+ Small

For this new edition, Bollé Safety introduces a new model of prescription eyewear for women, the B714. The glasses feature a black and pink frame, with bi-colour, adjustable acetate temples. Its protective shields provide effective side, top and bottom protection and maximum comfort for greater peace of mind and enhanced productivity. This model is also available in a small version.

In addition, the brand is once again offering a limited edition of its flagship Rush+ Small safety eyewear model: the glasses are fitted with pink temples. The latter is available in a clear version in Europe and a smoke version in Australia. Used in all environments, and particularly in industry, this model, created in 2014, is one of the brand’s top 3 best sellers. The Rush+ is packed with features to ensure optimum eye safety and comfort for users. These include a sporty, lightweight design, ultra-flexible and colourful polycarbonate and TPR bi-material temples, and one of the brand’s exclusive innovations: the Platinum coating, which protects eyewear from scratches and slows down fogging. This unisex model is also available in 14 versions with different temple colours, sizes and lens types, as well as on the customization platform to create tailor-made eyewear.

The special October Pink Rush+ Small model is available for purchase from September 1st to October 31st (while stocks last – 8,000 units, including 4,000 in France and 4,000 for export) on the Bollé Safety website and from distribution partners.
