Since starting the business in 1972, John Haywood has developed the business and moved with the times to ensure customer satisfaction every step of the way. Our vehicle fleet has recently been updated and we have introduced a new Health & Safety and Quality Management System.

Using our up to date, modern workshop facility (including our storage yard approx. ¼ acre) and our multi-skilled workforce we are able to provide a vast array of expertise, however we do not rest on our laurels and view training as an essential part of our business.

All employees hold CSCS cards, Network Rail Sentinel NCCA Personal Track Safety Cards, National Water Hygiene Cards, and CSTS Cards amongst others and attend appropriate training courses as necessary to keep up with the ever changing requirements of the industry and the needs of our clients.

As our customers are so diverse so is our work, throughout the years of working for the Rail Industry we have adapted and become expert installers of glass reinforced polymers (GRP) products.
