Hunter Luxury will showcase its beautifully bespoke brilliance at this week’s Luxe Pack New York, the global platform for luxury packaging.
The leading full-service packaging solutions supplier to the world’s biggest beauty and spirits brands will join over 200 other exhibitors at Manhattan’s Javits Convention Center, NY, on May 8-9, for the annual trade show for creative luxury goods packaging.
A partner of choice for luxury brands worldwide, Hunter Luxury will use three recent projects to showcase its unrivalled credentials in helping brands connect with their consumers. The coveted team will let its portfolio of work do the talking across the two days, displaying its brand-new Numoo Skin Revive range, its work with Joonbyrd on its debut products and its luxurious hand-carved oak wood case concept for Glenglasshaugh’s Serpentine Coastal Cask Collection.
Hunter Luxury will debut some of its latest beauty and cosmetics offerings at the event – Numoo, one of eight ‘Inspiration’ collections, perfect for samples, discovery and gifting sets. After unveiling its ‘Numoo Naturally Cleansing’ range last year, Hunter will debut the new ‘Numoo Skin Revive’ at this year’s show, demonstrating the luxurious spa-like experience many consumers wish to replicate at home. Numoo Skin Revive arms consumers with quality skincare tools for skin rejuvenation and product application routines, including gua sha tools, facial wands, massagers, mask applicators, and more.
According to Pippa Bell, Head of Beauty at Hunter Luxury, the brand-new Numoo range allows brands to stay ahead of the curve and keep up with evolving consumer demands in a rapidly shifting cosmetics market.
“Beauty packaging, gifting and accessories exist in a complex and fast-moving world,” she said. “But it is a world we continue to understand better than most. By understanding that the meaning of true luxury continually shifts, we regularly turn our clients’ high-definition visions and dreams into reality. We help them find their luxury. Our talented team pushes boundaries to ensure brands deliver on both a physical and emotional level, and we all strive to make every interaction between a brand and consumer truly matter.
“Hunter Luxury will demonstrate that with the right approach, materials, design and partner, it’s possible to create luxury solutions that meet consumer desires, are environmentally responsible, and elevate the entire product experience. Luxe Pack New York will be a fantastic opportunity to explain why some of the biggest brands in the world keep coming back to work with us year after year.”
Also appearing at Luxe Pack New York will be Joonbyrd, a performance-driven body care range that aims to ‘reimagine wellness’. Founded by one of the world’s leading dermatologists, Dr Alexis Granite, every Joonbyrd product is designed to tell a unique story imbued with joyful and nostalgic sentiments.
From its primary pack silicone sleeves on all bottles and jars and stone Body Guasha to the Minis Collection Silicone Bag, with its colour-matched EVA inserts and branded charm and PR chests featuring lenticular printing, Hunter Luxury provided inspiration and bespoke design services to bring imagination and innovation to this truly unique project.
Hunter Luxury will then showcase its recent work with Brown Forman and the Glenglassaugh team on its highly limited 2024 highland whisky collection. The much-anticipated Serpentine Coastal Cask collection of 48, 49, and 51-year-old whiskies, which can be seen in public for the first time at the exhibition, takes its name from the precious serpentine stone found in the cliffs surrounding the Speyside-based distillery.
The cask exclusive is presented in an exquisite box made with hand-carved oak, crafted to evoke the North Sea waves that lap at the beach just a few yards away from the distillery itself. The wooden case is complemented by a central medallion made of cast zinc alloy that beats a bespoke blue enamel and gold insignia, and brass hinges enhanced and protected with electroplating. Inside, the bottle sits inside a central glorifier constructed of 27 individual pieces of white oak. This sits on top of a press-to-release drawer which contains a full colour, foil-decorated 20-page presentation booklet – bound with cloth, printed on premium stock, and individually customised to describe the character of each cask.
Paul Hamilton, Head of Spirits at Hunter Luxury, who visited the area in person to understand the story before the creation of the case, explained; “We worked hard to understand the brief and encapsulate the feeling of the coastal Glenglassaugh brand. The packaging evokes feelings of the tides of change experienced over the decades or maturation with the bespoke and wave-like oak design.
“Each cask presents an exceptional sensory experience, reflecting different facets of the distillery’s coastal character and provenance. The result is a truly premium and heritage-rich presentation.”
Hunter Luxury will be situated at booth C31, and with the team expecting a busy two days, anyone looking to organise a meeting across is advised to contact PippaBell@hunterluxury.com.
