Roberts Metal Packaging’s collaboration with Marc Jacobs’ Daisy

Luxe Pack Monaco

Luxe Pack Monaco, held at the Grimaldi Forum, is one of the world’s leading trade shows for creative packaging in the industry. This year, the event attracted over 10,000 visitors and brought together premium packaging manufacturers from across the globe to showcase innovative solutions that blend design, sustainability, and digital technology.

Roberts Metal Packaging, Europe’s leading provider of pre-threaded screw-caps, godets and aluminium and tinplate containers, highlighted the new Marc Jacobs ‘Daisy Drops’ aluminium container, shortlisted for the UK Packaging Awards 2024, at Luxe Pack Monaco 2024.

Visitors had the opportunity to catch these brand new hand-bag sized perfume drops on-stand RA05.

Unique perfume collaboration

Selected from Robert’s Softline jar range, the 15 ml and fully aluminium jar was made in the London-based factory, on state-of-the-art automated press lines. The jar is kept in theme with existing packaging from the Daisy line, decorated in white, with each flower matching its original to ensure consistency. The tins have a stunning shelf presence and are designed with smooth radi and light knurling complete with EPE liners for sealability.

Chris Saunders, Roberts Metal Packaging Managing Director, commented:

“Luxe Pack Monaco is always a key event in our calendar as it brings together industry professionals and innovative packaging. This year it was great to meet new and current customers at the exhibition.

“On stand, we were thrilled to present our new Daisy Drops aluminium container made for Marc Jacobs, which recently was shortlisted for the UK Packaging Awards 2024. The cosmetics jar combined design, functionality, innovation, and sustainability elements to achieve a high-end look.”

Innovative container design

During the event, Roberts showcased its Softline Extreme container range which features a threaded lid and flat, angular bottom. This range is available in both deep and shallow options.
