SCCG Strengthens its Team with Two New Appointments

Leading supply chain and logistics consultancy, The Supply Chain Consulting Group (SCCG), has made two significant appointments to expand its team, which further strengthens its expertise in the supply chain and logistics field.  SCCG appoint Jane Robinson and Andy Whiting to the team, who both join the company as Managing Consultants, bringing over 35 years of experience with them.

Gavin Parnell, Director at SCCG said: “We are delighted that Jane and Andy are joining our team of experts. Together they have over 35 years of experience in supply chain management which will make our team stronger and enable us to grow our customer base even further.”

Jane has over 20 years of supply chain experience, working in both operations and solutions development, specialising in the design and implementation of warehouse and transport solutions across a wide range of sectors including automotive, retail and food services.  During her career she has held senior roles in 3PL, most recently as Head of Solutions at Unipart. 

Andy has a strong background in retail logistics, with over 15 years’ experience gained at Funko, Marks & Spencer, TNT, and The Conran Shop.  His focus is on driving business growth and efficiency through network design, warehouse and transportation management and IT led projects (WMS, TMS and ERP).  He holds a BSc in Management and Logistics from Cranfield University, is a CPC holder and a Prince 2 Practitioner.
