Manufacturer of a range of cocktail-inspired hand and body creams and washes has announced that they have outsourced their B2B and B2C supply chain processes to the Berkshire based company, Walker Logistics. The announcement was made in December and hopefully this move will have proven to be beneficial during the run up to Christmas.
Walker Logistics has been put in charge of the picking, packing, Kitting and fulfillment services for the manufacturer. The logistics company will be in charge of Boozi Body Careâs online sales as well as supply replenishment orders to the companyâs growing list of UK-based retail partners. It is thought that the logistics contract between the two businesses will be run from Walker Logisticsâ multi-client warehouse facility which covers 250,000 sq. ft. and is located on the outskirts of Reading. William Walker the Sales Director for Walker Logistics has said that the new deal that was signed with Boozi Body Care is great news. The hand and body cream and wash manufacturer was in need of a logistics specialist that has a proven B2B and B2C track record.
The Berkshire-based company Walker Logistics is well known, established since 1999, the company works to deliver a wide range of logistics services to a broad range of clients that operate in a range of different industry sectors. The logistics company is known for its ability to offer a bespoke service for their customers and offers a quality interface between their clients and the B2B and B2C customers.
The outsourcing of these logistics services will help Boozi Body Care to handle an increased demand for their products, in line with the increasing number of retail partners that have been obtained by the bodycare company. This positive step forward for the manufacturer will hopefully lead to further expansion in the near future.
