Rubix, one of Europe’s leading industrial distributors, has announced the appointment of Kamil Szczudlik as its Group Head of Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A). In his role, he leads Rubix’s acquisition strategy across Europe, focusing on identifying, completing and integrating new acquisitions that support the company’s long-term growth and strengthen its ability to support customers across diverse industrial sectors.
Kamil brings more than 25 years of experience in senior corporate and consulting roles, specialising in industrials M&A. His appointment reflects Rubix’s continued commitment to strategic acquisitions that strengthen its capabilities, expand its geographical footprint and enhance the value it delivers to customers through broader product ranges, deeper technical expertise and improved supply chain resilience.
Rubix has grown significantly through acquisitions in recent years and continues to take a focused, partnership-led approach to M&A activity. In Q4 2025 alone, the business completed three transactions, including the acquisition of ERIKS UK & Ireland, further strengthening its market-leading position and expanding its technical expertise and service offering. This momentum is in line with Rubix’s long-term acquisition strategy, with more than 70 transactions completed to date across Europe. Close collaboration between the M&A and operational teams ensures acquisitions are integrated smoothly, maintaining continuity and minimising disruption for customers.
