TruTac’s New Features at the CV Show

TruTac's New Features at the CV Show

TruTac, the compliance and tachograph software expert, is one of the exhibitors at the Commercial Vehicle (CV) Show 2018, where he will focus on five new product features and enhancements. As well as building partnership links and generating new leads, TruTac will use the Show as a platform to meet and thank existing customers for their continued business and support.

The five new features available at the company’s stand, 4H01, at the CV Show are:

1. Earned Recognition.

TruTac will be presenting a ‘fully interactive’ Earned Recognition report following its success working with the DVSA. It will contain dull drill-down and intuitive data, available free of charge to all customers that wish to judge their own performance against Earned Recognition key performance indicators. Additionally, full details regarding how to use the latest ‘TruAnalysis’ technology will also be accessible at their stand.

2. Driver Calendar Import

CSV (Comma Separated Values) files can be imported for sickness, holidays, and other calendar entries required for working time management, due to the new data import function from TruTac. Information can be important from an existing time and attendance or HR system straight into the TruAnalysis Driver Calendar, eliminating human error and administration duplication.
3. Divisions

The new added value feature was designed to simplify key division management for larger fleets, offering fast and accurate regional reporting, together with sub-levels for great KPI monitoring and control.

4. GDPR

The improved password protection and change enforcement procedures ensure full compliance with the new GDPR regulations that will come out in May.

5. TruLinks

This is a bespoke-designed, high level API management service that enables smooth data integration between all TruTac software products and any other related systems where data share provides multiple management benefits.
