Dales Central Motorsâ Seat Scorrier dealership, a Cornwall-based retailer, has been awarded the Spanish car manufacturerâs UK Dealer of the Year award for its outstanding performance throughout 2017. The retailer stood out from competitors due to cross-channel sale figures, staff development values and customer satisfaction ratings.

The awards promote employer excellence, as well as retail quality and service. Its ten categories range from new and used car sales, lead generation figures and fleet sales to staff development and customer service ratings.
In total, there were 11 awards handed over to winners on-site, including Dales Seat Scorrier with âOverall Top Performer Gold Awardâ, Pulman Seat with âOverall Top Performer Silver Awardâ, âSales Awardâ. âSatisfaction Awardâ and âFleet Awardâ, Stoke Seat with âOverall Top Performance Bronze Awardâ, Snows Seat Yeovil with âAftersales Awardâ. Duff Morgan Seat Norwich with âLoyalty Awardâ, Bannerman Seat with âMost Improved Award 1st Placeâ, Duff Morgan Kingâs Lynn Seat with âMost Improved Award 2nd Placeâ and B & H Motors with âMost Improved Award 3rd Placeâ.
With the great success Seat has seen over the past 12 months, this yearâs awards was the most hotly-contested yet, and each winner has had to be nothing short of outstanding, said Seat UKâs managing director, Richard Harrison. Category and overall winners were presented with a trophy and certificate, as well as cash reward for every staff member, with the Top Performed Gold Award winners receiving £250 each.
