Hill Biscuits, the beloved Manchester-based biscuit maker steeped in tradition since the 1850s, is delighted to announce the well-deserved promotion of Tracey Meadows’ to Commercial Director. Driving success at Hill for seven years, Tracey, formerly Head of Sales, is set to take Hill’s offerings to new heights!

Tracey’s mission to inspire the next generation of female leaders within the organisation comes from her belief that the glass ceiling at Hill Biscuits “simply doesn’t exist”.

Tracey’s CV reads like a who’s who of the food sector. From her role as UK General Manager at Bonbon Buddies to her career in field marketing where she focused on world-renowned brands such as Nestle Rowntree, Birds Eye Ice Cream and Golden Wonder. Tracey’s track record speaks volumes. Fast forward to 2017 when she joined Hill Biscuits, and the rest, as they say, is history!
