Risk Management Consultancy Finch Celebrates Growth in The Nest

Risk Management Consultancy Finch Celebrates Growth in The Nest

Leicestershire based health and safety risk management experts; Finch Consulting, have announced a multitude of promotions and role changes as they set their sights on becoming a medium sized organisation.

Asset Management Expert Paul Wood and Electrical Engineer Martin White have both been promoted from Senior to Principal Consultants, highlighting how integral to the businesses success they have been through their hard work and diligent client management.

To align with its strategic direction, Finch has also focused its broad expertise into three high level capabilities; Asset Management, Health & Safety Management and Process Safety Management. To develop and grow each capability, the roles of Capability Leads have been created to support Finch’s overall growth plans, with Paul Wood, Morag McWilliam and Tristan Pulford taking on the roles for each capability respectively.

This in turn has also created the unique position for Tristan to join the executive Board as Capability Director, from his previous position as Principal Consultant, alongside being a Capability Lead.

There have also been promotions in the wider group which Finch sits, with Jon Ruddock advancing from General Manager to Managing Director of LEAPS and Rob Migliaccio becoming the Technical Director of Tautus.

Andrew Millington, Finch Finance Director, commented on the promotions, “Our mission is to grow sustainably with our clients so investing into our people is key to building those relationships. We like to reward our Community and feel the promotions are a testament to the hard work of everyone in the group.

LEAPS and Tautus are businesses that were created from within Finch and it is fantastic to see our investment in them both flourish. We’re creating a strong future, with more opportunities for our people and to hit that medium sized business milestone with Finch.”
