Instinct Hardware are pleased to announce the appointment of Casey Smith-Merricks as their new Business Development Manager.

Casey joins the Instinct team with a wealth of ironmongery experience, having joined the sector in 2008. She has worked with some well-known UK ironmongery firms, honing her knowledge – and is looking forward to learning more about the bespoke stainless-steel ironmongery offered by Instinct.

Casey says “I am really looking forward to developing my knowledge of stainless steel and becoming part of a new work family. I look forward to using my existing knowledge to benefit both the customers and the Instinct team, and to speaking to industry contacts old and new!”

The newly-developed role will see Casey enhancing the customer journey and working with the board to develop new exciting products to meet and exceed customer needs and expectations.
