The Certification recognises BOAL UK Ltd’s current contributions and commitment across people, planet and place – including employing and training people in the UK, supporting local communities, and operating in line with UK legislation and regulations on ethics and environmental sustainability.
The ESV Certification is part of a purpose-built programme designed to inform, engage and empower UK companies – particularly SMEs – to draw out and promote what they already doand communicate that clearly to customers and stakeholders. It reflects the increasingimportance of Environmental & Social Value in both consumer and public sector decisionmaking, especially under the Procurement Act 2023 and the UK Government’s Social Value Model (PPN 002).
