City Plumbing Names Renewables customer as Loyalty Points Millionaire

City Plumbing, the award winning plumbing and heating merchant, has awarded 1 million loyalty points to Clarke Talbot Renewables, following the launch in June of its industry leading rewards scheme for trade customers, My City Plumbing Rewards

Points Millionaire Winner, Dave Clarke of Clarke Talbot Renewables in Oxfordshire  – pictured here in the Bicester branch with City Plumbing Branch Manager, Ian Steele – was handed a cheque for 1 million points, worth £10,000 in rewards prizes via the scheme.

Chris Weeks, Regional Operations and Sales Director for the Central Region at City Plumbing said: “Huge congratulations go to Dave Clarke on the win. Working in the trade can be both physically and mentally demanding, so it was important to us to have a rewards scheme that gives our customers the chance to turn their purchases into personal and business benefits. We hope Dave and the team at Clarke Talbot Renewables enjoy spending their points!”

Dave Clarke, of Clarke Talbot Renewables said: “I was very surprised and delighted to have won, the prize was very much appreciated. It comes at a great time, as I think we’ll be spending the prize fund on growing our renewables business as we continue to expand as a company.’

Every member of the rapidly growing My City Plumbing rewards scheme had the opportunity to take part in the Points Millionaire promotion, with over 65,000 entries received since it launched. Each customer had to transact three times during the promotional period in order to receive an entry into the prize draw.

As a member of the My City Plumbing Rewards, trade customers earn rewards on all purchases, both in branch and online, and cash them in for a range of products, treats and experiences, ranging from Google and Apple technology to big ticket items such as trips and holidays.
