Leicestershire based health and safety risk management experts; Finch Consulting, have relaunched their brand and website following client feedback and continuing growth plans.
The business has evolved over the past year to become more capability led rather than service led. The new website follows this lead and will make it simpler for clients to find the information they need.
By shifting the marketing message and strategy to focus proactively on clients’ needs, they are able to demonstrate how they can add value to client operations so they can feel and see the benefits of partnering with Finch.
Steph Dennis, Head of Marketing, commented on the brand refresh, “I have been working in marketing at Finch since 2020, and have seen the company grow and innovate dramatically during this time. We’ve launched two new businesses, stepped up our recruitment strategy, won awards and jumped into the deep end with our marketing.”

There was a feeling amongst both internal and external clients that due to the direction the company is heading we had outgrown our current identity.
