Element Materials Technology (Element), a global leader in Testing, Inspection and Certification (TIC) services, is pleased to announce the appointment of Renae Leary as its Chief Commercial Officer.
As Chief Commercial Officer, Renae will join the Operating Board, with responsibility for leading the commercial strategy to drive accelerated growth and ensure that customers’ voices remain central to Element’s strategic and operational decision-making processes.
She will lead the central commercial excellence team and focus on enhancing sales force efficiency, whilst spearheading global strategic account management programs, nurturing brand development and driving best-in-class marketing and pricing strategies.
Renae brings a wealth of experience from her previous position as Chief Commercial Officer at Ansell, a world leader in health and safety protection solutions across healthcare and industrial sectors. During her tenure at Ansell, Renae led global commercial efforts and was a member of the Executive Leadership Team. With over 25 years of global experience spanning roles at Ansell, Johnson Controls and Tyco, Renae is well-equipped to lead Element’s commercial endeavors.
