Moleroda Finishing Systems is holding ‘Innovations in Finishing’ a showcase dedicated to surface finishing this October. This is the first of Moleroda’s showcases in which they will bringing all the latest revolutionary finishing techniques to engineers and manufacturers in the UK on 6th October 2022. 

Moleroda Finishing Systems is the UK’s leading surface solutions provider. Moleroda has been helping customers to get the surface finish they require for over 40 years and have a wealth of experience in taking challenging jobs and developing solutions to ensure improved and effective finishing solutions. 

Lizzie Houghton, Director at Moleroda, says of the Showcase, ‘This is an exciting opportunity for customers across a variety of industries; aerospace, automotive, medical, oil and gas and additive manufacturing, to get their hands on all the latest techniques in finishing. And we will have experts to help talk through bespoke challenges to find the solution that will ensure 100% pass rate on their parts.’ 

This first showcase will held in the South of England, in Poole and in 2023 Moleroda hope to roadshow the showcase to take it to the North, East and West of England. 

Moleroda will be joined by their German partners, Joke, at the showcase. Joke are manufacturers of the premium ENESKA range of tools and products for deburring and polishing. Joke is one of Europe’s largest retailers for surface finishing and will be on hand to showcase some of the very best tools and equipment from Germany. 

Kev Brown, Director of Sales at Moleroda along with the team at Joke, have put together a showcase of products, tools and equipment that is at the cutting edge of finishing technology. Kev says of the showcase, ‘Whether you are mass finishing, machine finishing, welding, cleaning, deburring or polishing there will be products of interest to you. Many of our customers have been using the same finishing techniques for years, unaware of the time saving and cost effective alternative methods that are now available. This showcase will be eye opening to many of our visitors.’

Not only will Joke’s ENESKA range of Ultrasonic systems, micromotors, lasers and markers be on show for visitors, but Moleroda’s own UK range of products will be available for visitors to try. This includes, the RODA range, made at their UK factory in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This range of products was developed by working collaboratively with customers to provide the very best for precision finishing. Colin Irving, Buyer at Walker Precision said, “We have been buying RODA NyWheels for over 15 years. We supply a range of industries, including Aerospace and Satellite and the RODA NyWheels are the ideal tool for finishing our parts.” Moleroda’s new addition to the range – RODA MX points will be at the showcase.
