The UK Health and Safety Event Is Back at NEC Birmingham

Located at the NEC Birmingham, The Health & Safety Event is the UK’s largest gathering of anyone responsible for running a safe and efficient workplace. With a unique range of seminars, practical workshops and exhibition hall, it attracts 16,000+ workplace professionals from the industrial, commercial and public sector.

The Health and Safety Event is co-located with 5 other leading sector events covering over 55,000sqm at the NEC, meaning more content, more products, and more exhibitors.

So why should companies attend?

  • To build their skills, knowledge and expertise and gain CPD points through an expert led content programme
  • To stay up to date on regulatory changes and industry best practices essential to their role as a health and safety professional
  • To explore the latest products and solutions to improve health and safety standards
  • To access and network with workplace professionals from various industries and sectors

The seminars are free to attend and companies could earn CPD points and access high quality educational content including legal & regulation updates, interactive sessions and best practice case studies. It is also a great opportunity for them to network and meet leading brands. With specialist zones, dedicated forums and break out areas, each company could broaden their network and start building long lasting relationships with other health and safety professionals.

New for 2021, The Health & Safety Event is introducing the Machinery Safety Zone. Supported by the Premier Partners Pilz UK and PUWER Machinery Guarding, this dedicated area will showcase the latest technologies and solutions around this vitally important area of the workplace.

Whilst cost reductions and efficient production lines are important, the safety of employees and managing the risks from equipment and machinery are important factors in purchasing decisions. The Health and Safety Event will provide a unique range of seminars, practical workshops and suppliers for visitors who are actively looking for machinery safety solutions.

Moreover, the Health & Safety Event is partnering with the Highways England Driving for Better Business campaign to deliver a unique feature for delegates in the form of a new Driver Safety Zone. This will share vital information and resources with safety professionals who have responsibility for work-related road risk.

Collaborating with a number of specialist partners, this zone will provide invaluable information and expert support to any safety professionals who are responsible for managing work-related road risk.

The event is taking place at NEC Birmingham, between the 7th and the 9th of September.
