Returning to the Hamburg Messe from 31 March – 2 April 2020, AIX will once again demonstrate why it is the must-attend event for the passenger experience industry. With 600 leading aircraft interiors suppliers showcasing the latest seating, galleys and galley equipment, in-flight entertainment and connectivity (IFEC), lighting, hardware solutions and much more.

Industry giants Airbus, Boeing, Collins Aerospace, Recaro and Astronics will join more than 40 new suppliers who will appear at the show for the very first time. This includes Bright Lite Structures, a design and manufacturing company offering a patented composite carbon fibre technology that is strong, light-weight and fast to manufacture. And, FlightAware, a global aviation software and data services company, which will demonstrate its experience working with more than 10,000 aircraft operators and service providers, as well as 12 million passengers.

Along with a host of product solutions displayed on the show floor, attendees can attend educational sessions in the returning CabinSpace LIVE theatre where sessions will cover a range of topical issues including the future of IFEC, MRO and more. Sessions will run across all three days of the event, with renowned industry experts providing insights on the latest issues and current trends impacting the market.

The CabinSpace LIVE theatre will also recognise and celebrate the latest cutting-edge cabin innovations when the Crystal Cabin Awards return for the 12th time. Winners will be announced in eight categories, including cabin concepts, IFEC, material and components, and visionary concepts.

Pushing the boundaries of IFEC

Returning to showcase the very best of inflight-entertainment and connectivity, the IFEC Zone also returns to AIX 2020 representing the world’s biggest event dedicated to content and service providers. Located in halls B2 to B4 and B4 upper, it will welcome leading suppliers on the cutting-edge of in-flight technology solutions, including Burrana, Panasonic Avionics Corporation, Gogo, Immfly, Inmarsat, SITAONAIR and Thales.
