Timloc Building Products Moves HQ

Manufacturing company Timloc Building Products, part of The Alumasc Group PLC, has completed its headquarters move to Ozone Business Park in Howden. It will be joining operator Warburtons, TNT, Image Data Group and DPD on the park, which is being brought forward by the Horncastle Group PLC.

The new home stands at 88,000 sq ft and it will enable the company to expand its manufacturing operations to achieve future growth. Moreover, by moving its premises, it has now better access to the motorway network, as Ozone Business Park lies less than a mile from Junction 37 on the M62.

Timloc has an excellent reputation with merchants for next day service and we are looking to capitalise on that by expanding our manufacturing and warehouse operations, said Michael Leaf, divisional managing director at Timloc. To enable us to do that, we really needed to find modern premises that were fit for purpose, and what better way to do that then to have them built to our precise requirements.

Timloc recognised that the Park would be the perfect space for them, as it is close to the motorway and also close to the former base, which will not impact on the workforce.

Once we decided it was the right place for us, we worked extensively with developers, the Horncastle Group PLC, to design precisely the building that fitted our needs. Now that vision has become a reality and as a company, we couldn’t be more excited to take possession of it, added Michael.

Timloc will be leasing the building on a long-term basis from the Horncastle Group PLC.

Timloc is a real East Yorkshire success story. Their move to Ozone Business Park can only facilitate that further and enable them to grow, said Ian Hodges, managing director of the Horncastle Group PLC. We’re delighted to welcome them to the park to join the other prestigious companies there, and to strengthen Ozone’s status as a local employment hub.
