There are 450 production suppliers that work with Blue Bird and Dana managed to earn this honour by introducing new products that align with Blue Birdâs commitment to safety, quality, durability and serviceability, while also exceeding on-time delivery goals, delivering cost-saving initiatives, and providing exceptional parts and service support.
Dana is a worldwide supplier of drivetrain, sealing, and thermal-management technologies that offers a complete range of drivetrain solutions â the Spicer medium and heavy-duty single-drive axles, SPL Series driveshafts, and Spicer end yokes.
Mark Wallace, the Executive Vice President and President of Dana Commercial Driveline Technologies commented on this achievement that both companies have been working together for more than 25 years in which they improved the safety, performance, and efficiency of school buses.
