The craft artisanal baker, The Bread Factory has managed to win the equivalent to the Oscar’s in the food industry. The Food Manufacture Excellence Awards was held recently at The Hilton on Park Lane in London and saw hundreds of food and drink industry guests to celebrate excellent manufacturing in this sector.

The Bread Factory was one of the businesses that were recognised and celebrates in front of the guests. The artisanal manufacturer was presented their award by Debbie Day, partner with category sponsor Lockton on Wednesday 1st November. This trophy was collected on behalf of The Bread Factory by The Food Manufacturer Group’s publisher Sonia Young.
