Puddings manufacturer Pots & Co. has announced a new range extension, which is made with exclusively dairy-free ingredients. The White Range includes two dessert options, Dark Chocolate Ganache and Mango, Lime & Coconut Pot, which are made with dairy-free milks.
Dark Chocolate Ganache is described as an indulgent, single origin Columbian chocolate dessert, which gets its creaminess from the addition of rice milk. Adding to the range is the zingy Mango, Lime and Coconut pot, which is made using coconut milk to provide a fresh, fruity and intense taste.
A recent Mintel report said that the free-from market is expected to reach £531m by the end of the year (a growth of 13% from 2015) and is forecast to reach £673m by 2020.
All of Pots & Co.âs puddings are gluten-free and suitable for vegetarians, whilst its White Range is aimed at the ever-increasing number of consumers seeking foods that use dairy-free ingredients.
The range is now available in Waitrose stores nationwide with an RRP of £2.19.
