Within our UK defence business, Electronic Warfare plays a critical role in strengthening naval capability. Our teams develop systems that detect, analyse and respond to threats across the electromagnetic spectrum – enabling situational awareness and operational advantage in complex environments.

We are currently hiring across our UK Electronic Warfare teams, including Systems Engineers, RF & Signal Processing Engineers and IVVQ Engineers.

You will work with advanced mathematics, signal processing and systems thinking daily and solving problems that cannot be reduced to best practice. You’ll collaborate across disciplines to design, integrate and evolve systems that contribute directly to UK naval programmes.
