The Robo2Go is now available in combination with the easyFIX automation clamping system. For changing workpieces, the robot can precisely reposition the vise, giving it even greater autonomy. With CELOS X, DMG MORI has created a platform that seamlessly connects machines, processes, and applications. This results in less complex and significantly more transparent production. Exclusive DMG MORI technology cycles reduce programming times by up to 60 percent and integrate manufacturing processes such as gear cutting or grinding. The machine tool manufacturer can temporarily activate selected technology cycles via the my DMG MORI customer portal, allowing users to test them and utilize them according to their needs with flexible payment options. At the AMB, the range of these on-demand technology cycles will be expanded for all machines from the Pfronten plant to include the Application Turning Cycle (ATC) and Machine Protection Control (MPC 2.0).
