Exactaform to Host WIDIA European Roadshow Event in Coventry

Exactaform open day as part of the European WIDIA Roadshow

Exactaform, the UK’s largest manufacturer and supplier of PCD tooling, will host a dedicated open day at its Coventry headquarters on 30 June as part of the European WIDIA Roadshow, bringing together manufacturers, engineers and industry specialists for a day focused on tooling innovation, technical expertise and machining performance.

Running from 10am to 3pm, the event follows Exactaform’s recent appointment as a UK partner for WIDIA and forms part of WIDIA and Kennametal’s wider European tour celebrating 100 years of WIDIA tooling innovation.

Hosted from Exactaform’s state of the art Coventry facility, the open day will give attendees the opportunity to explore WIDIA’s latest tooling technologies, including products from the WIDIA 100 catalogue, alongside demonstrations of Exacta-set and application-led machining solutions developed for demanding production environments.

The event will feature technical presentations, machine demonstrations, customer discussions, networking opportunities and guided factory tours. WIDIA’s dedicated roadshow truck and trailer will also be on site, offering an interactive experience showcasing tooling designed for precision machining; aerospace and automotive manufacturing; and small parts applications.

Attendees will have the opportunity to meet members of Exactaform’s leadership and engineering teams, including Jamie White, Managing Director; Adi Bagshaw, National Sales Manager; Neil McKinnell, Product Manager; Sophie Bramley, Customer Success Manager; and Scott Howard, Key Account Manager.

The event has been designed to support both existing WIDIA customers and manufacturers looking to learn more about how application-specific tooling and engineering expertise can improve productivity, efficiency and machining performance.

Adi Bagshaw, National Sales Manager at Exactaform, said: “This event is a great opportunity for manufacturers to see first-hand how WIDIA tooling can support productivity, efficiency and performance across a range of machining applications. Hosting the roadshow in Coventry allows us to bring together customers, engineers and technical experts in a practical environment where people can have meaningful conversations about the challenges they are facing on the shop floor and the solutions available to them.”

The open day reflects Exactaform’s continued investment in customer support, technical capability and application-led engineering, while strengthening its partnership with WIDIA as the brand marks its centenary year and launches a refreshed identity across Europe.
