Aerospace interconnect expert Bo Corn, recognised for more than four decades of work on some of the world’s most ambitious projects, including several high-profile space missions, will join WireMasters to help steer its next phase of growth. He brings hands-on manufacturing experience, senior leadership and close industry partnerships that provide deep technical knowledge and trusted relationships across commercial, defence and space markets.
Corn began his career over 44 years ago in manufacturing before moving into sales and senior leadership roles.
“Spending my first two and a half years working every job in the facility was the most valuable part of my career,” Corn recalled. “It allows me to sit with a customer today and explain processes in detail. From the outside, some of these products look basic. From a manufacturing standpoint, they’re beyond impressive.”
Over the years, Corn has contributed to numerous high-profile aerospace and defence initiatives, including major crewed missions, next-generation observational platforms and robotic exploration projects. These, he says, remain among the proudest moments of his career.
“Knowing that the products we manufactured were part of ground-breaking missions is a huge source of pride,” explained Corn. “Having astronauts visit our facility to thank us for our work was an unforgettable experience.”
Corn’s connection to WireMasters stretches back to the company’s earliest days. He supported its founder and later developed a close working relationship with current owner, David Hill, providing support as the company expanded.
