Specialist Environmental Consultancy E3P Expands Midlands Team

E3P, a leading multidisciplinary environmental consultancy supporting the built environment, has strengthened its Midlands presence with the appointment of Sammy Pritchard as Principal Ecologist.  
 
Pritchard brings more than a decade of experience in the conservation sector, having managed and assisted many restoration projects and developments for private, charity and public organisations.  
 
Her expertise spans the full planning and strategic side of ecology, from feasibility and design stages through to planning submission, delivery and discharge of conditions.   

 
E3P opened its second UK office in Birmingham last September, with the city chosen for its buoyant property market, which shows a strong development and regeneration pipeline. 
 
This latest hire forms part of the firm’s strategic growth in the region, having onboarded six specialists in recent months to serve its clients in the Midlands and the South.  

 
The new hire is also part of E3P’s ongoing expansion plans, with the firm aiming to grow its Midlands team to 20 people over the next 18 months.  

Stephanie Cox,Director and Head of Midlandsat E3P, leads the firm’s expansion in the region, steering its development and strategic direction. She is supported by a strong leadership team, with Celia Kenyon, Rob Horseman, and Roy Walker providing strategic oversight and national expertise at the board levelensuring a solid foundation as the Midlands team continues to grow.
