Servomex, the leader in advanced gas analysis for a cleaner, healthier, and more productive world has appointed Dr Nic Davidson as Technical Director from 1st December 2024.

In his new role, Nic will be responsible for delivering Servomex’s product roadmap and spearheading the development of future technologies to support the company’s ambition to further enhance its position as the global leader for gas analysis solutions.

Nic has extensive experience in senior leadership positions and leading teams, most recently as R & D Director for the Bio-Physical and Thermal Centre of Excellence for Servomex’s sister company, Malvern Panalytical.  Previous roles with Malvern include Chief Engineer (North America), Technology Leader and Principal Systems Engineer.

Nic’s strong industry experience is backed by academic success with a PhD in Molecular Physics and Instrumentation and as a Research Fellow in the Department of Physics at Leeds University and then Stuttgart University.
