WTCE

Visitor registration is now open for Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) and World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE). Serving professionals from aircraft cabin interiors and the onboard hospitality procurement industries, the co-located events will be held at the Hamburg Messe from 8-10 April 2025.

With 2024 delivering near-record levels of flight passengers worldwide[1], AIX and WTCE will facilitate crucial connections between the supply chain and airline professionals, as the aircraft cabin interior market continues to grow in size, from $23.39 billion in 2023 to $25.71 billion in 2024.

Visitors to these events, including professionals from major airlines, catering buyers, lessors and BizJet operators, will have the opportunity to explore a wide range of products and services spanning onboard services, passenger seating, travel catering, and inflight connectivity to facilitate supply chain collaboration and source innovative solutions.

AIX 2025: The leading showcase of cabin interior solutions

AIX 2025 is set to provide an unparalleled opportunity for aircraft interior professionals to network with industry leaders, discover over 1,000 cutting-edge products, and gain valuable insights into future interiors trends. Attendees to the events can explore solutions to position their organisations at the forefront of industry advancements, from hardware equipment and connectivity systems to onboard restoration and furnishings.

Jimmy James, Director, Technical Ops Procurement, American Airlines, spoke of the 2024 show: “AIX is a great opportunity to meet with suppliers, both new and existing. It’s really efficient to meet with such a large number of suppliers all in one place.”

WTCE 2025: Defining the future of onboard excellence

Alongside AIX, WTCE will return for its thirteenth edition, solidifying its position as the leading global event for elevating passenger experience through inflight catering and onboard comfort across the air, rail, and cruise markets. With a strong focus on eco-friendly amenities, onboard wellness, and next-gen catering solutions, WTCE will unite top air service providers, onboard catering companies, and award-winning brands to showcase the hottest trends and product innovations shaping onboard comfort and services globally. To echo this, Simone Walli, Catering Manager Culinary Art and F&B onboard Concepts at Austrian Airlines said about the show: “WTCE provides a really easy way to network, and it helps me to find novel ideas and products. The setup is always valuable for me, and for other airlines.”

Archana Dharni, Event Director for AIX, commented: “The aircraft interiors and passenger experience world is a hive of innovation with passenger traffic soaring to new heights as a result. Against this backdrop, AIX provides the ideal platform for the entire industry and surrounding markets to connect with industry leaders, explore the latest technologies, and shape the future of air travel. Join us in April to drive innovation, enhance the passenger journey, and unlock new opportunities for business growth.”

Shona Thomson, Event Manager of WTCE, added: “WTCE offers valuable opportunities to network and meet industry contacts – not only existing suppliers but also to see what’s new and find inspiration to elevate the onboard passenger experience. Previous visitors have expressed how instrumental WTCE has been in facilitating meetings, signing new deals and forming new industry contacts. This year we’ll see the event expand on its key pillars – technology, sustainability, nutrition, allergens and special meals and beverages – with even more features on the show floor that shouldn’t be missed.”

Aircraft Interiors Expo (AIX) will take place in Halls B1-B7 at the Hamburg Messe, Germany, from 8-10 April 2025. The event will be co-located with World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo (WTCE) in Halls A1 and A4, following the Passenger Experience Conference (PEC) on 7 April 2025.
